My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were meticulously clean and well-serviced every day. If you prefer a quiet room, ask for one away from the tramline or on the 1st floor near the staircase leading to the conference room. Bobby's kindness, professionalism, and patience truly made my experience exceptional. However, there were some early morning disruptions with staff entering the room, and some miscommunication at the front desk regarding check-in times. Overall, a great value for the quality provided.
